CURZON WEDNESDAY WALKING FOOTBALL

– FAIR PLAY LEAGUE – 2018/9 –

Code of conduct:

This league was established to provide competitive walking football within sensible parameters that enshrine fair play at its core .

It is essential that ALL club/group officials and players are famiiar with this code of conduct before agreeing to take part in our month to month competition .

Any person participating in the Curzon Wednesday Walking Football fair play league agrees to abide by the Code of Conduct set out below.

Team Managers/Organisers:

As stated above make sure your players are familiar with this code the behavioural aspects of which also apply to yourselves.

Players agree and are aware video of games. match reports and photographs may be circulated and promoted on various social media and websites.

Communicate to all players and supporters that any articles/photos or information shared online in relation to any Curzon Ashton F.C. Walking Football events should be designed to help to promote the club and portray its walking football venture in a positive light.

Player’s at all times should: Play the game as it is intended to played. A good natured later life bonus for older players. Accept the following and abide by the playing rules of the competition.

Recognise that the Referee’s decisions are final. No running (includes jogging) on or off the ball. Referee’s and Assistant Referee’s must be treated with the utmost respect. As should Curzon club personnel and club property and all areas of Tameside Stadium.

Accept the ethos of non-contact walking football as defined under the rules of the Competition. (Manchester County F.A. Rules for Walking Football).

Respect of fellow players is essential. Never engage in unsporting behaviour, use foul language , gamesmanship, bullying, violence or aggressive behaviour all of which will be liable to have fair play points deducted, or alternatively may result in a player, or a teams removal from the competition.

PROMOTE AND ENDORSE A SENSE OF PERSPECTIVE TOWARDS RESULTS AND PERFORMANCES OF THEIR OWN AND OF OTHERS.
